Mojo Monday on Wednesday!!!

Well, I finally found some MOJO!!
I wasn't sure if I really liked this little guy when
I picked him up at Michaels (for a dollar!!)
He has kind of grown on me LOL!!

I really like this weeks sketch challenge.
Very easy and simple.
I used a different kind of white paper stock
(I'm out of my CTMH...just ordered some more)
and copics don't really work well with it!!
It bleeds!! I will try this again when I get
my cardstock.
I am off to the dentist...
getting my wisdom tooth pulled!! (OUWIE!!!)

Meeting Teresa Collins...

Happy Monday!!
I have to say I usually don't take classes or scrap on Saturday
evenings...that's usually my time with my hubby.
NOT this Saturday night!! I spent the evening with
Teresa Collins!! She is an AMAZING women!!
She released her new product lines (4 in all)
we made a "Home and Family" book with one of her
new lines (I'm still not done with it) I will post
pictures of the finished project tomorrow.

All her new lines come with stamps to enhance your projects.
Of course I purchased lots of new goodies and I can't wait
to use them.
I have lots of catching up to do...since I've been back
from vacation I've lost my mojo. I think going to her
class has inspired me again.
So, I hope to be back to creating again this week.

Chillin' on the slopes

Ok...
I am done with snowboarding pictues!!
I don't want to scrap another page of snow pictures!!
I used up some of the scraps from yesterday.

I LOVE this picture my son took of us!!
can you see how awkward I look snowboarding...
I thought I was going to fall more than I did.
I look pretty good in the small picture.

My son was AWESOME!! he didn't get much time
to snowboard himself...he was too busy teaching me
and my nephew!!

I think my lighting is off...these look way better in person!!

Snowboarding...

I can't believe it's Friday Already...
I hope you are not tired of my Mammoth pictures yet.
We had such a GREAT time!!
On this day it started snowing very hard...we had to stop and
sit in the lodge...the boys went up for a couple of runs
while it was snowing.

Our Anniversary

Can you believe I have already scrapped my Anniversary
pictures? I am telling you I am on a roll. I have
decided to at least stay current with this year and work
my way back.. isn't that how it always works out!?
My second page to this is very basic..I used the pebbles inc.
system. I have six 4x6 slots one for journaling and
the other five filled with pictures of our evening.

This kind of reminds me of a Valentine page....
Anyway, hope you all are having a fantastic Thursday!

Snow Fun

Happy Wednesday!!
Well, I am probably on my way to the airport...
WHOO HOO vacation in Cabo!! My favorite place to be.
Here is a layout I did the other night...it is a cheater page.
It is from CTMH...I am just so happy to be getting all
my stuff scrapped!!
I promis this looks way better in person!1 My lighting must
have been off when I took these photos.

These pictures are from our winter trip to our condo
in Mammoth...
We wanted to make a snowman...and this is how he
turned out. We all helped but for the most part
Alexander made him...we found stuff to make his face, arms
and buttons and the scarf and hat are mine.

As you can see we had lots of snow to work with.
It even started snowing just as we were finishing up.

Mojo Monday 121

Mojo Monday on Tuesday...
Here is my card for this weeks sketch challenge.
I used up some more scraps and made one
more New Year resolution!!
Use my other stamps (especially my CTMH stamps)
I have 8 boxes of stamps I need to show some love.
Most of my CTMH stamps have not seen ink!!

This one is one of my favorites...Delight in everything - D1204.
I am really loving this card...it looks soooo much
prettier in person!! I wish you could see it.
I used my spica pen on the flowers.

Christmas card challenge

Happy Monday!!
This weeks challenge is...Dry Embossing.
I have to say...I really like it when I see it on other cards.
I have not ever really tried it. I'm glad that I did.
Just not sure if I really like it on my card?!
I may just have to play with this technique some more.

This card is very simple and clean...I didn't want to
junk it up with lots of embellies.

You "3" make my heart sing...

Can you believe I've scrapped this many pages this week?!
I can't (LOL) I have been going through my paper bins...
I am finding lots of interesting things!
This paper is way old!! It was a layout for
a class...I couldn't find the sample picture or
the rest of the embellies that came with it.
So, I made it my own...

Here is a close up of page 1 (I always give you a close up) :)
I used some old left over stickers to add the names.

These pictures were taken on Thanksgiving day.
I think this layout would be great for Valentines!?
Oh well, I am just glad I am getting so much scrapped!
I am using up all my old paper and if I have paper I'm still
not sure I will use...I will be donating it or giving it away!
(little secret...I did place a huge paper order from CTMH!!
I couldn't resist...have you seen the paper from the last two
catalogs?! LOVE IT!!).

Holly Jolly Christmas 2009 layout

Can you believe the first week of the year
has come and gone already!
So far I am sticking to one of my goals...
I have been scrapping lots of pages I kind of miss
making cards *very sad face*
This is another layout kit I've had for a couple of years...
I'm not sure I really like it ( I loved it when I got it)
but, at least I get my pictures scrapped!!

Here is a close up of page one.
The holly is done using a mask and white spray paint.

It is a tradition at our house for Santa to come for
a visit and all the kids sit on his lap and tell Santa
what they want for Christmas...then Santa leaves
them all one present each.
This year only three of the girls took pictures...my other niece
didn't want to participate (bah hum bug!!)
I still have to scrap the pictures with the boys.

Zoey at 10 Months

Well, so far so good...
I am getting lots of scrapping done and using lots
of old product!!
I have had this layout kit for about 2 years!! I didn't have
all the pieces so I just kinda did my own thing.
I remember when I bought this I couldn't wait to use it...
I took these pictures of my niece Zoey (isn't she the cutest!)
last weekend and couldn't wait to scrap them!!
She is a BEAUTIFUL baby!!

I stickled around the black scallop...you can't really see it in
this picture.

Today is my 4 year anniversary...WHOO HOO!!
My Husband and I will be going to our favorite restaurant
for dinner (Flemings Steak House) out at LA Live.
I will be scrapping part of the day
so I have something to post tomorrow.

Mojo Monday on Wednesday

Happy Hump Day!!
Here is my card for this weeks Mojo Monday #120
It took me some time to figure this one out...
I am not really good with circles (just always have
such a hard time with them) I love it when other
people use them just not when I do.
I just love this bella image it is so versatile.
I really like this paper pack it is basic grey.

I am going to try to get some scrapping done today...
I have been on a shopping mission trying to
get ready for my trip to Cabo next week.
I am also so into my running...it is taking over
everything else!! I get up and go straight to the gym
and usually I am there for an hour and half.
Today I will be there for TWO hours!!
I will be doing an hour of ZUMBA (have you tried it?)
I LOVE IT!! (I love anything dance or cardio)
then I will be on the treadmill for 3.5 miles.

This week we were challenged to use buttons...
I am so not a button person and always have trouble
with placement. I tried this card SO many different
ways...this is the final result.

2009 Thanksgiving memories

Yay!!
another page scrapped...
I hope I can keep this up! Even if it's only one page per day!!
This picture is from Thanksgiving 2009.
I am so behind in my scrapping!! I think I have half the year
to scrap still.
I ALWAYS make sure I get a family photo on holidays
and special occasions.

The paper I used is so old...another one of my resolutions...
use up what I have!
