Croppin Chicas @ the Ontario Scrapbook Expo

Happy Monday!!!
I know I've been a very bad blogger!! I have done lots of
scrapping...just haven't take the time to take photos...
I went to the Ontario Scrapbook Expo all day crop on Friday
with my "Croppin Chicas"
We have finally come up with a name for our group...
Thanks Julie B. She came up with the name.

Here is a picture of me with Julie C. (she is so much fun to be
around) we got lots of compliments on our shirts...Cheryl came
up with the design and color of our shirts and pants.
Aren't they cute?!! If you scrap, crop or belong to my
CTMH group and would like a set please let me know ( I did
send you all an email last week).

Here is our table...there were six of us at this table
and two at the table next to us.

We had a great time and can't wait for the next one.

A day in my Life...

I'm here!!
I've missed blogging!!! I've been working on this Ali Edwards
project all week...it's consuming me. I am glad I decided to do this.
Here are my Sunday pages...the second page I used photo stoage pages from
Close to my Heart


Here is Monday's page...I had to go to the eye doctor's (that's why I have
my glasses on & I should be wearing them everyday!) So, what do you think
with or without? and YES I got new glasses (these are my old ones) I had
to get "progressive lenses" nice way of saying "bifocals" (aka your eyes are old!!)

Well back to my life...I will try to post some more tomorrow!!
I also have a couple challenges I need to catch up on & finish Halloween cards!!
(can I have more hours in the day?? PLEASE!!)

Yeah I made it....
Today is one of those Mondays...a million things to do!!
And all I really want to do is stamp and scrap!!
Here is my card for Jamie's BSC.
I'm still on the Halloween kick (can you tell?)
besides this is one of my new Bellas!! I had to ink her
up...I have a couple more to use for halloween then I promise
I will be done. I really like this sketch. It was one of
the easier ones for me.

I will try to post something new everyday (I can't promise)
I am working on a new project...
"A week in my Life" it's a project Ali Edwards (I love her!!!) had on her blog and I started
Sunday (everyone is trying to hide so I won't take a picture of them) I love this project...
I have so many pictures already!! it's amazing to sit and look back on your day.
Hopefully I will have Sunday's done to share with you tomorrow.

I got my new Bella's yesterday!!!
I couldn't wait to ink them up!!
I have 3 more for halloween...I choose this bella for this
weeks sketch challenge. Don't you love her?
I'm not a fan of halloween...but, these bellas just make
me want to make more & more cards!!
(I need to stop! Everyone I know will be
getting a halloween card this year!)

dp I used is from Pinecone Press (cute huh?)
I used misc. ribbon, brads and stickles.

Now this card I made for HSC30.
This is my first sketch challenge for Hanna.
I love her!!! I think I made a pirate with every
halloween color!!

Hanna Halloween Card

I'm back!!
I got my new Hanna stamp set!!!

I also got my first set of Copics!!! (I love, love, love them) now I want them all!!
I still had my Halloween cards and paper out so I decided to make
a Halloween card using this stamp set.
Tell me what you think...
I may make this my Halloween card for this year...
I'll have to wait and see...I get my new bellas today and I ordered
a couple of the Halloween stamps. Oh I'm so excited (come on UPS)
I will be inking all day!!

Sentiment is from CTMH - say it in style & of course I used
some stickles on her boots & skirt.
as Hanna would say
"Stamp or be Stamped"

National Card Day Cards

Happy Monday!!

On Saturday (National Card Making Day) Sophia came over to pick-up

her CTMH order & make cards...

This is the card I made. I used October Word Puzzle from CTMH,

sentiment is from CTMH - Dingbats, misc. paper & ribbon (Sophia brought

the paper & ribbon) I cut the circle & scalloped circles from my cricut.

These next two cards are Sophia's...

This card she used CTMH - Boo-tiful stamp set, paper is from CTMH - Enchanted

We had a great time stamping and creating...I think she made 11 cards!!

I only made 4...I had NO MOJO!!

Good Morning!!!

Here is my card for this weeks bella color challenge...

The colors are; autum terracotta, goldrush & orchid bouquet.

I wasn't sure about this color combo at first...now, I love it!!

Isn't it amazing how you think certain colors won't look good

together? and then once you put them together...WOW

I've had this bella for awhile...this is the first time I've inked her up!!

I think I may use her for christmas cards...hmmmm I'll have to come

up with a card, post it here and you can tell me what you think.

Our Eyes

Good Morning!!!

Here is a layout I worked on ALL night!!

I was SO inspired by Annette Green (she is a CTMH consultant).

Her artwork is featured in our Keynotes for Sept/Oct 2008

The minute I saw her layout I LOVED it and had the perfect picture

(at least I think it's perfect!!)

I changed it a bit (to make it mine. She used Serendipity paper pack &

I used Notebook level 2, her picture was on her eyes only...I used

my eye & my husbands)

All the credit goes to her for the inspiration!

I am very happy with my version!! I love this color combo...

I am using this for my September calendar page. I need to sit

and do the calendar for September as soon as I do I will

post both pages together.
