A Pirates Life For Me!

Ok so...
I always wanted to do a Pirate layout!
Here it is...
I'm not sure if I'm happy with it or not?!
We went to Disneyland (that's a surprise) last month, when we
got off Pirates of the Caribbean we went into the shop right off
the ride and took these pictures...
I think Julie, Eileen and myself make pretty cute Pirate Mom's!

Anyway we had a great time and I think I'll attempt another
Pirate page again in the future!
The paper is from a Karen Foster kit (I like this paper)
the layout is just something out of my head.

Happy Monday!!
I hope you all had a great weekend...
I didn't get to create much this weekend (I had a house full of children)
I made this card this morning for the sketch challenge.

The paper is from cosmo cricket "Hey Sugar" I colored my
bella with CTMH inks - sorbet, juniper, creme brulee & tulip (I think these new colors are my FAVORITE!!)
sentiment is ctmh - say it in style.

Happy Cupcake Day!!

We made it....It's Friday!!

This is my first "Happy Cupcake Day" card...

I just got these cute cupcake stamps from Inkadinkado.

Aren't they cute? I always see everyone else's cupcake cards

so, I decided to play along. Every Friday (I hope) I will post

a cupcake card. What do you think??

The sentiment came in the stamp set (it came with 7 cupcakes 3 sentiments & 6 doodles).

Viva Las Vegas!!!

Here I am again....I've had the scrappin bug this week!! (can you tell)
My house is clean and dinner is getting made every night and I'm still working out!!
I must be managing my time better (yeah right!!)
Anyway, here are a couple layouts I did of our Vegas trip.
I had this paper FOREVER!! I think I got i free...on a bus tour I went on with our LSS.
Of course this is my FAVORITE singer of all time (isn't he handsome???!!)
I could sit and listen to him all day and all night!!
Very simple layout...

Same paper pack...used my cricut and some stickles and
kind of mirrored the pages.

Bella Challenges!!

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday Ladies!
Here are a few cards I did for the Bella Challenges...
I kinda cheated and did the BSC & BCC together. (Is that Cheating?)
Anyway, this first one is BSC46 & BCC45
the colors are olive, heavenly blue, blush & tulip (my new favorite color)
the paper & bella are from a 3 little dreams kit I got last month.
This is the second card I've made using this bella...I think she's cute!


This card is for BSC39.
I already had her colored so I decided to just use her to
catch up on a few challenges.
Pretty simple card.

This card is for BSC43 & BCC41
I LOVE THIS COLOR COMBO!!! (baby pink, sorbet & buttercup)
Not sure I like this card?! I don't think I like
the glitter on the paper as much as I thought I would...
I may redo this one...exactly the same but without
the glitter. What do you think?

I'm off to finish some more challenges and to scrap so I'll be back later

Life's Mielstones

Happy Monday!!!
I didn't do much scrapping this weekend...
I worked on this page Friday and finished it up yesterday afternoon..
The paper is from CTMH level I.
I 'm not sure if I like this color combo but, at least I
did her 20th birthday pictures...I'm sure I would have
regrets if I didn't.

I will be scrapping today!! and working on a few
challenges so I'll be back later or first thing in the
morning!!

Summer Fun

This is what I worked on yesterday....
These are "cheater" pages...level I from CTMH
I got this pack a few months ago, it was a special package...
It was a full months worth of level I two page layouts.
I like the colors with these pictures...
These are our children in Palm Springs!!
This is what they did while we scrapped the weekend away!!
As you can see they had just as much fun as we did.

This is all I did yesterday!! I ran out of photo paper...
I'm going to get some today so, I'll be back first
thing in the morning to show you what I worked on.
I've also worked on a few color challenge cards...I'm waiting for
the stickles to dry so I can finish them up and post them here.

Scrappin' & Catchin' up!!

So, I finally did my calendar page for August!!

Now I can scrap everything for that month and hopefully

stay caught up!

I used CTMH Let's get together paper pack.

I kept this one pretty basic the layout if from CTMH Reflections - Main Frame

This layout is from Easter (oops way behind)

This layout is very special...

This is our nephew Derek... he has Cerebral Palsy.

I used CTMH Good Times paper pack

And my last layout of the night...

I used misc. paper and page maps for this one.

4th of July!! I think that's the last for July and I'm done with that month!

For this card I used CTMH Creative Basics Boom-Di-Ada

is from CTMH Say it in Style.
I love this color combo.

For this card I used misc. scraps.
I love this Bella...I think I love them all!! If I had to pick a favorite...I'd be in BIG trouble!
I used stickles for the cupcake frosting...
Don't you just want to eat it?? I do!

I think this bella is sweet!!
I made this card with my niece in mind...
She is 3 yrs. old and loves her ballet class.I used scraps, misc. flowers and brads.
Well, I'll be back to post my scrapbooking...
I was very busy yesterday! I was up till 11:30 p.m.
scrapping!! and I will be doing the same today!!
I must run out and get adhesive...how do you run out??

Sorry I have been such a bad blogger!!

Where have I been?

I have been on vacation...I was in Cabo for 6 days.

My favorite place to vacation!!

We played golf two days...loved it

playing along the ocean is absolutely breathtaking!!

I could golf forever here!

(Don't I look like a pro? LOL)

I got to celebrate my birthday here!I took over 400 hundred pictures!!! so you know I'm going to be busy scrapping!! I feel so overwhelmed...I almost don't know where to start.

I have lots of challenges to catch up on...who am I kidding...I'll just start fresh this week and maybe play catch up later!!
