Sports page

I have been on a roll with my scrapping...
(doesn't mean I am any where near being caught up!!)
I am missing making cards...
I will have to get back to making cards today. There
are a few challenges I want to participate in.
I am just loving this Teresa Collins papers!!
They are from her Sports line. I think I purchased
5 sheets from that line and I have made 3 different layouts
and used up every single scrap (don't you love it when you
can use every piece and not have anything left over?)

These pictures are of my son playing Lacrosse last year.
I am trying to get his High School Years scrapped by the
time he graduates next year!! (one of my goals)
Scrapping this way is one way that helps me...I use one
picture as my focal point and then add a few into the
divided page protector. Very fast and easy...I only have
to come up with one page layouts!!

Have a GREAT day!!
I am off to create!!
Thanks for stopping by....

Dodger baseball...

Happy Sunday!!
sorry I am so late with my post!!
Here is a layout I did of some of my Opening Day baseball
pictures and of my favorite player (isn't he a cutie!!!)
I have had a very up and down weekend at the stadium
they are playing the Yankees!!
Today is the last game of three so you know I have tons
of pictures to scrap (three games worth by then end of tonight)
I think I'm going to make a Dodger v Yankee scrapbook
all by itself!

my second page is kind of a cheat page...I just matted and
stuck the pictures in a divided protector (I love this idea)
makes it fast and easy to get lots of scrapping done.

Well, I am off to the stadium in a couple of hours!!
Have a great day!!
GO DODGERS!!!

(I am making progress in my never ending battle to be
caught up in my scrapping)

They baked brownies together for our family
Valentine Day get together dinner.

This paper is from a DCWV paper stack. I used my cricut
to cut out the title and heart.
Very easy layout!!
Have a great day!!
I'm off to Dodger Stadium...day two!!

Celebrate 2010

T.G.I.F.
Where has this week gone?! I don't know about you all...
the weeks are just flying by!!
Here is a layout I did using CTMH. I love this paper.
I did the layout (almost) exactly as the sample.
These pictures are from March (of this year).
Every year Nancy, Julie and I go to this "Celebrate"
event at the convention center for an all day crop.

We look forward to it and have the best time ever.
I am so in my zone when I am here...I just block
everything out and SCRAP.
Here is a close up of page one.

Page two...
We usually have our stuff spread out all over the place.
I think I could use two six foot tables myself!

I used my 12x12 printer to do the journaling.
I love that...it makes it so easy to journal, then I can
just scrap around it and I am done!!
Have a great day...
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Everything...

LAKERS WIN!!!!!
Here is a card I made yesterday.
I was going through my digital images and
came across this one (forgot I had it!?)
Isn't she ADORABlE!!
I love these colors...
I tried a new technique. Very scary for me
to come out of my box...but I am trying.

I used my colored pencils and some gamsol.
If you have any tips or ideas on this technique
please share them with me.
I've wanted to try this technique for a couple of years.
I've just been to scared. I did use my copics
to color the flowers on her dress.
I will be trying this again (practice makes perfect).
Have a GREAT day!

Easter 2010 layout

I am on a roll!!
I finished another layout!!
I know this looks like a very easy layout...I don't know
why it takes me SOOOO long to complete.
I am still not sure I "love" this one.
I love the paper, I love the picture (except that Pacino
was cut off) just not sure about that flower?! maybe I
need a bigger one?!

I'm off to start my day!
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
GO LAKERS!!!
See you tomorrow.

My Mind's Eye Challenge #12

Happy Hump Day!!!
Yesterday when I was blog hopping...
I stumbled onto My Mind's Eye Challenge and
decided to play *BIG Cheesy Smile*
As if I don't have a lot of other projects I need to
finish up!! But, I did finish this one.
Here is the sketch. You have to use at
least 80% My Mind's Eye Product the only
thing on this layout that is not is the pearl bling
I added.

And here is what I came up with...
It looks much better in person!!
I don't know why the colors are not photographing very well.
This paper is from their Bella Bella line. This is left
over paper I've had for over a year (still trying to use
up supplies I already have).

My title I did using my 12 x 12 printer!!!
I'm so EXCITED!!! this was my first attempt at using
this printer *HUGE SMILE* I must say it was
very easy and I am glad I did it.
Have a great day and hope to see you tomorrow.
I have organized my unfinished projects and will attempt
to complete a few of them today!
